Founded in June 2008, "Motorvalve & Project Materials" has attracted over 500 executives and technicians from the valve, pump and pipe business as well as plant managers and technical experts. The founder of the group runs a company for valve actuators and participates in the expositions "Achema" and "Valve World". With the upcoming of social networking platforms, it became evident, that there might be a demand for individuals and companies to have a forum to share enquiries, to chat about technical questions and to do some "meet and greet", as well as do to some cost free promotion for their products in a strongly focussed community. After 18 month in operation, "Motorvalve & Project Materials" seems to be established as the right Xing-group for everyone who is interested in the construction and the components of chemical and petrochemical plants and fluid technology in general. Do not hesitate to participate in our group right away.

Bei der Gruppe "Motorvalve & Project Materials" handelt es sich um ein Expertenforum im Bereich Industrie und Handel, bzw. der sog. Fluidtechnik. Die Fluidtechnik ist wiederum ein Begriff der im Zusammenhang steht mit Anlagenbau, Kraftwerksbau, Biogas, Abwasser, Pipeline, Rohrleitungsbau, DVGW, VDMA, SIL, Offshore, Ölindustrie, Petrochemie, Chemieindustrie, Beschaffung, technischer Einkauf, Verfahrenstechnik usw. Am Anfang stand gewissermaßen das Rohr, dann floss ein Medium hindurch und so nahm die Technik ihren Lauf. Rohleitungsarmaturen sind dafür da, in einem Rohrleitungssystem den Durchfluss des Mediums zu regeln. In Industrieanlagen finden sich Kugelhähne ( ballvalve), Kükenhähne, Klappen ( butterfly valve), Ventile ( valve valvulas ), Magnetventile, usw. Antriebe ( Actuator Actuador ) gibt es manuell, pneumatisch, hydraulisch, elektrisch, elektrohydraulisch, eigenmediumgesteuert als Drehantriebe, Schwenkantriebe oder Linearantriebe (Schubantriebe) usw. Das Medium muss zumeist gepumpt werden, weshalb auch das gesamte Universum der Pumpentechnologie in der Perspektive zu den Themen der Gruppe gehört.

Die Startphase der Gruppe ist nach 18 Monaten als geglückt anzusehen. Es sind mehr als 500 Mitglieder beigetreten. Der Moderator freut sich darauf, weitere Interessierte zu begrüßen und auf jeden Beitrag der gepostet wird. Trete noch heute unserer Community bei. Wir sind gut drauf.
