    Job Opportunity as Services Manager in Mumbai, India
    Direct HR is a recruitment solution provider for the world market. On behalf of our client, a global call center software and services provider, we are currently looking for a Services Manager with competitive salary, depending on experience. Starting date is as soon as possible

    Responsibilities:
    + Be responsible for the success of the professional services and education, meet all revenue targets, accurate and timely reporting of the revenue and booking backlog, including personnel, processes, etc.
    + Work closely with colleagues as the sales team to achieve service & education, sales booking and revenue targets. Ensure that a complete and convertible solution is delivered
    + Be a self-starter who can bring order from chaos while working in a highly fluid and dynamic environment
    + Understand the complexities and tradeoffs inherent in a services delivery role in a highly competitive sales environment
    + Bring excellence in process and their trademark while exceeding their revenue targets
    + Ensure the on-time / budget delivery of all projects and ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level for all projects
    + Assist in/sell professional services offerings to customers and partners, understand customers long term vision and maintain customer site information
    + Sell services to customers and partners, maintain comprehensive overview of the services pipeline at all times and drive education services bookings to partners and direct customers, subject matter expert on services for them
    + Ultimate responsibility for all statements of work (SOW), gather and process required information for complete statement of work reporting to the Account Executive
    + Compliance management, including proper project scope documentation accordingly to customer expectations prior to quote
    + Set accurate and reasonable time lines during the sales process to enable optimal service delivery
    + Outgoing and customer-oriented individual, ability to explain services and SOW's at all points during the sales cycle
    + Assistance of the Account Executive in taking out of scope work back to the customer as required during the on-going project
    + Ensure that Account Executive and Solutions Consultant prepare and handover a full and complete service engagement package
    + Communicate with direct customers on a quarterly basis, hunt for advanced planning and scheduling opportunities (APS) within the already installed base
    + Perform regular quarterly visits with direct customers at the executive level, ensure resource availability prior to agreement of any project time lines
    + Identify add on PS, education, etc., business and turn over to sales executive
    + Take in the leadership position within the organization and provide regular performance feedback to your employees
    + Constant supervision and if necessary, restructuring of team composition / quality of the service that is being delivered
    + Identify support issues outside the normal process, deescalate and manage these issues in order to keep project deadlines
    + Identify add on PS, education, etc., business and turn over to sales executive
    + Be responsible for individual and team development of subordinates and effectively lead the team by communicating vision, goals, and strategy throughout strategic development and implementation process
    + Personnel management duties including general administration (leave, expenses, etc.), performance reviews and development plans

    Requirements:
    + Bachelor Degree in related discipline
    + 2 years’ experience in running a service organization, people management
    + MNC experience is a plus
    + Fluent in written and spoken English
    + Willing to travel within Asia Pacific (up to 40%)
