    Technical Lead / Team Leader (Ruby on Rails ) - for Pune
    Our Client is one of the largest business house of India and an Indian MNC.They have the following requirements :

    Positions
    Following openings are at Pune office

    Technical Lead / Team Leader

    Experience: 7 to 10 yrs

    Education: B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.E / M.Tech

    Understand business goals/requirements and translate them into technical solution with understanding of business functional roadmap, he/she will design the key elements including application architecture, networking, system, security roadmap with primary focus on application integration and architecture.

    Accountable for all technical aspects of project, design, scalability and performance.

    Interact with Functional Team to scope and refine the requirements

    Interact with Project Manager and Sr. Technical Members of the team and ensure successful delivery.

    Evaluate and recommend new technologies to further improve user experience and system up time.

    Will be a key player in all phases of Project Management – Initiation, Planning, Execution and Controlling.

    Ensure product quality

    Good knowledge on MVC architecture

    Should have experience in leading a team on PHP, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, JBoss, Linux
