Dear Sir or Madam,

I would hereby like to offer my services to give drum workshops (regularly or in addition to the regular schedule) in your School or Kindergarten.

Drumming is the most fundamental group activity for celebrating success, unity or relaxing. Interactive drumming is a cutting edge psychological tool used effectively in the corporate environment for stress release, group bonding, team building, synchronising of thought processes and breaking down of racial, cultural, gender and age barriers. Cultures throughout the world have used the ageless forces of rhythm to affect change. Working in Rhythm is a training program for groups who wish to improve team working skills, diversity appreciation and improve their potential for productivity and creative thinking. This program is used by businesses and organizations who are looking for an accessible format that challenges groups to work together in a creative environment.

I have many years of experience as a music teacher and success in giving lessions especially to children, youths, but also adults and pensioners. I originally come from The Gambia, West Africa, grew up in London, and have for at last 20 years now lived in Berlin. In my work as a professional percussionist musician and teacher in the area of Berlin/Brandenburg I am specializing in teaching children, perform with different bands and percussion groups and also offer weekend workshops (also played in Theater des Westens with Eartha Kitt) as well as regular drum lessions for children and adults from beginners to intermediate level.

Original West African percussion music instruments can be provided, the lession language would be English or German. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
