    C# .NET Solutions Architect / Engineer with a Broadcast background is required by our client, a respected and hugely successful leader in the development of innovative digital audio and video solutions which have earned them hundreds of awards, including 2 Oscar® statuettes, a Grammy®, and 12 Emmys®.

    Working in their Media Asset Management Division, the C# .NET Solutions Architect / Engineer will play a key role in the design/architecting of bespoke Broadcast Media Asset Management solution for their clients.

    Working as the main solution architect for the client, you will analyse customer requirements to find the best solution to fulfil the business processes; specifying the overall system architecture, as well as the system design specification in highly customer-specific environments. Finally, you will act as the main architect of the customer test plan leading up to the final deployment on the customer’s site.

    To be considered you will have proven background as a C# .NET developer having progressed to architect level, designing robust C# solutions, ideally within the broadcast industry.

    As a C# .NET Solutions Architect you will ideally have a Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent with extensive experience in requirements analysis and system designs in large and complex technical environments (C# .NET preferred), ideally in the field of MAM solutions. You will have a good understanding of high technology as it is applied in the media industry with programming skills in C# .NET (Java considered) with experience of promoting product and services combination based solutions

    The C# .NET Solutions Architect / Engineer will undertake a client facing role involving travel to clients around Europe. As such, whilst candidates based within commuting distance of Kaiserslautern, Germany are preferred, those Solutions Architects based in Germany and able to work from home (with occasional trips to the office) are also encouraged to apply.
