    Latin Leadership Family (Weekly Calls via Phone or Skype)
    One of my most important initiatives is the Latin Leadership Family, an online group that meets every Wednesday to discuss how to bring out more leadership in the Latin community.     Also, on the 9th of August, 2011, I start the first International Online Freedom Mixer which is free to join by anybody. Since I have not seen any online group that also meets via phone on a weekly basis, I decided to create one so we can truly serve each other and learn from each other.
