    Significance of Corporate Social Responsibility - a cardinal or clinical approach
    The recent years we have seen a dramatic rise in interest in the social aspects of business activity. Initiatives by companies, governments and NGO's have all were the focus of researchers studying a range of business activities.

    Recent scientific reports relating commercial activity to climate change and global warming have served to keep the topic high on the agenda of policy makers and industry leaders alike.

    Equally, global corporate activity is blamed for exploitation in the developing world. This provides a rich area of research for those of us keen to see corporate responsibility as a meaningful concept, rather than merely a public relations exercise.
