    I do manage a local consulting firm. SMO INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANCY (SMOICONS) is a business entity duly organized and existing under the laws of the Philippines. It was established on January 31, 1991 by Mr. Salvador F. Ortiza as his direct response to the call of the Philippine Government for active participation in the realization of sustainable development and economic growth of the Philippines. It used to be called SNM Movers for Development and Management Services from January 31, 1991 to February 23, 1998, then changed to SMO International from February 23, 1998 to August 4, 2004. On August 4, 2004, the business name was registered as SMO INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANCY with the Department of Trade and Industry under Registration Certification No. 00425098.

    SMOICONS envisions to be a leading firm, specializing in the
