The Customer Marketing Manager for Low GWP Commercial Refrigeration (m/f) will lead the Global program to develop and commercialize a family of low global warming potential refrigerants for use in Commercial Refrigeration. This role will coordinate all aspects of the cross functional global team to drive the successful commercialization of fluorine based low GWP refrigerants in response to growing concerns about the environmental impact of many existing fluorocarbon refrigerants.
This role will report to the Director, Commercial Development - Refrigerants. In addition, it is expected that he/she will:
• Develop and own the relationship with supermarket, compressor and equipment manufacturers, leading contractors and other influencers to gather VOC (Voice of the Customer) and market intelligence.
• Partner with global commercial and technical teams to gather and consolidate VOC and market information.
• Develop and implement launch plans for new products.
• Work with technical and commercial teams to build value propositions for the refrigerant offerings based on thorough assessment of competing options.
• Build and manage a cross functional global team with representation from technical, commercial, operations and regulatory groups and other necessary support functions.
• Manage the communication process for the team to ensure alignment and coordination of activities.
• Work with technical team to develop product offerings based on customer inputs and regulatory requirements.
• Assess regulatory requirements for commercialization and develop plans to comply with all requirements and develop and implement strategies to remove regulatory barriers.
• Monitor and assess regulatory developments to identify opportunities and threats from potential regulatory actions.
• Build market projections and business cases for new refrigerant products.
• Work with communications and regulatory teams to develop favorable positioning for Honeywell's Low GWP products versus natural refrigerants
The ideal experience base for this position would include a combination of new product introduction, marketing and technology in a business to business marketplace. He/she must be an excellent broad-based business thinker who can collaborate effectively with peers and in a diverse cross functional environment.
Specific Qualifications include:
• Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree required, Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering or related science preferred. Advanced degree in business administration or marketing is a plus.
• Experience of marketing/product introduction experience in a business to business marketplace.
• Knowledge of commercial refrigeration industry is a plus
• Experienced in managing a cross functional team.
• Significant experience in face to face customer interactions.

• Strong demonstrated project/program management skills

• Strong business acumen coupled with ability to quickly develop understanding of complex technical issues.
• Creative problem solver
• Fluent in German is a plus
