  I’m the Regional Principal for Latino America at IMC Integral Management Consultancy.
  
  We are an international company with offices in 25 countries with ca. 60 independent associate Partners and an active portfolio of ca .350 clients.
  
  We are operating in five business lines as M&A, Management Consultancy, Executive Interim Management, Human Capital Management and Executive Search.
  
  In the first Quarter of 2011, we have generated over 35 projects.
  
  IMC provides comprehensive integral consultancy services to clients from mid scale enterprises to multinational organizations, with our network of associate partners providing skills and resources across SME and start up environments. The pluses in our logo are more than an icon; they represent a clear definition of our principles in delivering added value to your organisation.
  
  For Brazil and Mexico, I’m looking for colleagues, who would like to join us as senior management consultants, operating independently (not-employed) as associate partners and potential Principals. Your expertise area should be in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Management Consultancy and Interim Management.
