allergy pattern

Hi everyone!

Does anyone have experience with allergy patterns? I have recently tried the strategy of imagining a kind of transparent screen against pollen allergy and it has not worked at all. Does anyone know alternative methods for allergy treatment? Could You use timeline methods (allergy has only started some years ago for me). Thanks for any advice!
