JOB DESCRIPTION :
DESCRIPTION: Candidates should have primary responsibility will be to create, grow and manage the offshore operation. Critical in this regard will be developing an operation successful with local business practice and culture, while infusing both the business practice and culture of the US based.
Candidates should be Bachelor’s (Business OR ENG)/MBA from a reputed institute or university with at least 10 to 15 yrs exp in IT / BPO industry. And required following responsibilities:
v At least ten years in management or roles of senior leadership within ITO, BPO or comparable field
v Demonstrated leadership and contributions in a rapid growth environment
v Work history successfully supporting US based entities
v Thorough understanding of systems thinking, Six Sigma and related quality disciplines
