Oregon Alumni Association (OAA)
The Oregon Alumni Association is a volunteer association based in Germany. It was founded in 1989 by former participants of the Oregon/Baden-Württemberg student exchange program. Its main purpose is to promote international understanding by maintaining and extending the network of former and future exchange students between the states of Oregon (USA) and Baden-Württemberg (Germany).
The OAA supports the Oregon Study Center, the official operator of the Oregon/Baden-Württemberg exchange program in Germany. The OAA assists current exchange students in the US and Germany with contacts and information in regard to their host universities and cities. In addition, the OAA organizes meetings and events, offering a platform for cross-cultural communication and exchange of experiences.
We are open to further exchange students and friends of Oregon and Baden-Württemberg who share the intercultural spirit and like to be part of the OAA!
