Welcome to the access page of the Objectivism in Business Group.
We are raised with the notion that "making money" is without real value, is a morally inferior pursuit, and that economics consists in a zero-sum game in which what is earned by one must necessarily be forfeited by another; that business people are grandiose egomaniacs who need to be reigned in for the good of the collective.
That is usually the standard fare before the discovery of Objectivism.
Objectivism is a comprehensive philosophical theory developed by Russian-American author Ayn Rand. Its approach to the ethics of Capitalism is unique. The aim of the group is to study the tenets, identify and map the consequences, and appraise its values. Read it all!
