  My name is Håkan Lane. My company is responsible for a web community for Ph. D. students in Sweden containing amongst other services forums, blogs, file storage capacity along with information on courses and job opportunities. You may visit it at http://www.doktoranden.se and there log on with the user ID guest and the password phdguest. Please note that the content is predominantly in Swedish. We have not decided whether or not to launch international versions.
  
  I wish to outsource the sales of content on this site. We offer companies interested in hiring Ph.D. graduates from Sweden ads at a price of 4000:-SEK per month (roughly 430 Euro). We are seeking to expand our user base into a leading meeting point for graduate candidates. There are also chances to
  sell ads for universities hiring fresh Ph. D. students as well as other offerings such as accommodation, conferences and business startup incubators. I believe that the potential is strong.
  
  I hope that this may be of interest to your organisation. Payment will be based on commission for completed or referred sales. Customers will most likely be found in companies seeking to hire Ph.
