  Just A Game GmbH is a globally operating online publisher for computer and video games located in Düsseldorf and Berlin. The company is a subsidiary of Bob Mobile AG with a strategic focus on two business areas - direct end customer sales of browser-based multiplayer and social games and licensing and publishing of classic "offline games" for next-gen consoles and PC.
  
  To strengthen our team we are looking for our office in Berlin for
  
  
  Community Managers (m/f)
  
  
  Responsibilities
  - Supervision of our online games with an emphasis on community management
  - Costumer liaison and support of the communities, forums and chats of our online games
  - Processing of support requests
  - Planning, initiation and support of in-game events
  - Recording and sharing of problems and suggestions to the product management and preparation of statistics and documentation (bug lists, community feedback, etc.)
  
  Requirements
  - Enthusiasm for computer and video games, specifically for MMOGs
  - Native speaker of one of the following languages Polish, German, English, Italian, French, Spanish and good knowledge of English or German additionally
  - Very good communication skills and structured work
  - Team spirit, endurance and flexibility
  - Experience in community management and online games would be nice but not necessary
