  Our client is a start-up focusing on building multi-layer, geo-social applications for mobile devices and Web. With Paramount Home Entertainment as one of the partners and as the official app developer for the DVD / Blu-ray launch in the US and worldwide, it holds vast potential. Based on this background the company is planning to launch new game applications this winter and next spring, keeping the cooperation with Paramount on-going.
  
  The hallmark of the start-up is an intelligent connection of social networking with location-based activity used to engage audience in interaction, gaming and marketing. It highlights elegant user interfaces and app designs that add value to the programs. From design, development and adaption of the game on all platforms to the technological infrastructure and support of the app, it takes control of all aspects throughout the value chain. The company is responsible for the development and production of leading-edge products that pioneer the world of Geo-Social experience.
  
  Who we are looking for:
  
  As the new Manager Business Operations Mobile & Online Gaming you will help our client to turn their potential into sustainable business and develop the start-up into an institution for geo-social applications on all platforms.
  
  For this purpose you will take on the responsibility of analyzing the potential as well as setting and implementing a strategy in coordination with the CTO. You will have the chance of developing a successful start-up from an early stage and enjoy a high degree of entrepreneurial freedom.
  
  Therefore, we are looking for an all-rounder who can lead a whole operation, control and steer project management, third-party-negotiations, service providers, legal, marketing, communications, human resources, internal relations and more. Furthermore, you should be fluent in English and German, be able to understand the technology, have a sound understanding of gaming and the app market, high personal motivation and the spirit of a venturer.
