    Client:

    Our Client a large international IT consultancy is looking for a Head of Nordic Countries.

    Job Description for the Position:

    Drive Account opening strategies.
    Develop, track and drive opportunities through the Sales life cycle with the operating groups
    Scope out with the operating groups and domain leads effective client projects
    Respond to tender/RFP requests
    Identify potential leads independently (or with others) through networking & user circles.
    Develop relationships with potential buyers in the chosen Accounts.
    Generate client awareness and preference for the company and/or its services.
    Identify specific sales opportunities within Account/or targets.
    Support/participate in any oral proposal activities, review written proposals.
    The ideal candidate is a business development manager who can demonstrate an understanding of consulting and services business and is able to identify, qualify and scope an engagement.

    Skills, Experience and Qualification Required for the Position:

    Manage a team size of 4-5 BDMs
    Min. 10+ years in Sales and Business Development in an consulting / engineering environment
    Aggressive go getter with a passion for Hunting in an unstructured environment.
    Manage new/existing accounts
    Should have handled business in range of 15 to 20 million annually in his earlier assignment.
    Experience in selling experience and preferably with Offshoring / outsourcing experience.
    Experience developing written proposals, presentations, and unique propositions
    Excellent written and oral communication skills, comfortable interacting with C-level executives preferred.
