Needed asap: Procurement Manager - Nordics
Manning Global Group is currently looking for a Procurement Manager Nordics to permanently work for on of our international clients in the Telecommunication arena, based in Norway.

Your role entails procurement for the Nordics and Baltic region: to source, select and manage suppliers; establish long-term, stable cooperation relationship, achieve procurement competitive advantage, and assist the achievement of business objectives within the European Region. Your will be qualifying potential suppliers and setting up a supplier resource pool; organize bidding including RFQ prep, evaluation of offers, and negotiate and sign contracts most beneficial for the company; performance management of suppliers and benchmarking, analysis of procurement requirements and market trends to achieve cost target; further risk evaluation and development and implementation of risk prevention policy and action plans to insure continuity of suppliers’ services.

For this challenging position you need to speak fluent English and fluency either in Swedish or Norwegian. You worked in a similar role for about 3 years already and have procurement / purchasing or supplier management experience, ideally from Telecommunications background, preferably vendor or manufacturer. You know the procurement and market trends in the Nordics and Baltic region, being open to market changes. You are a good analyser, skills in problem solving, being successful negotiating contracts and other issues with attention to detail. You like working in a multi-cultural environment and you are used to travelling.
