Our Client is a leading global IT company currently opening a large scale delivery center in Poland. On behalf of our Client we are currently looking for highly motivated Candidates willing to join the organization and take a position of:

French Speaking System Operations Specialists

Location: Wrocław

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring, controlling and operating complex computer systems, networks,
applications and/or distributed systems in a multi vendor environment.
- Production batch applications, including developing the operational plan,
scheduling and control of batch processing and development of customers
scripts.
- Analysing first level problems for all systems, resolving and routing as
appropriate.
- Everyday contact with French speaking clients

There are open positions for candidates from entry to senior level depending on the IT knowledge and experience in the above mentioned tasks.

Requirements:
- At least communicative French
- Written and verbal English
- Knowledge of Operating Systems and IP Services.
- Advantage - Basic knowledge of databases (DB2, Oracle).
- Advantage - Experience in system monitoring.
- Communication Skills, Customer and service orientation.
- Ability to operate well in an international, multicultural environment.
- Responsiveness and flexibility, Teamwork skills.
- 24/7 shift environment (including nights, weekends and holidays).
