  Insurance Expert for Turkey / CEE / SEE
  
  Main tasks / responsibilities:
  • Identification of most attractive retail markets in Turkey / CEE / SEE in terms of segment size (customers, regions, distribution channels), profitability and products
  • Description of competition locally and overall
  • Identification of key success factors for all segments
  • Development of the appropriate value propositions for the relevant segments and market entrance strategy
  • Creation of market strategies for all relevant new markets in cooperation with business development and finance
  • Guidance and review for business units in implementing the market strategies
  
  Requirements:
  • University Degree in business administration and marketing, MBA is a plus
  • Senior marketing experience in retail financial services
  • Understanding of insurance fundamentals
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to lead and motivate
  • Open mindedness, creativity and straight forward thinking and acting
  • fluent Turkish, fluent English, another Eastern European language is a plus
  • Willing to travel in Turkey and abroad, ready to relocate to Vienna
