  International Career Opportunity - Market Exploration
  
  Main tasks / responsibilities:
  • Identification of most attractive retail markets in Central and Eastern Europe in terms of segment size, profitability and products
  • Description of competition locally and overall
  • Identification of key success factors for all segments
  • Development of the appropriate value propositions for the relevant segments and market entrance strategy
  • Creation of market strategies for all relevant new markets in cooperation with business development and finance
  • Guidance and review for business units in implementing the market strategies
  
  Requirements:
  • University Degree in business administration, MBA is a plus
  • Min. 10 years working experience in segment of general insurance / non-life products
  • Min. 5 years senior experience in marketing / market exploration / market research
  • Min. 5 years leading experience, excellent project management skills
  • Open mindedness, creativity and straight forward thinking and acting
  • Willing to travel in Turkey and abroad, ready to relocate to Vienna
  • Mother tongue Turkish, fluent English, Russian language is a plus
