  Our client is an international media group operating in 17 countries with more than 500 employees, with its headquarters located in Germany. In order to manage and develop company operations in Turkey we are looking for a
  
  G e n e r a l M a n a g e r
  experience of working in a publishing house
  
  Main tasks / responsibilities:
  • Organization and control of product development and the production of our media products and services
  • Organization and control of planning und realization direct marketing, telemarketing and other Sales Activities
  • Developing of new sales channels, product types and business fields
  • Organization and control of addressmanagement and IT.
  • Organization and control of the customer service, warehouse, deliveries
  • Budget-planning and reporting
  • Organization and control of the bookkeeping, hr-administration, annual financial statements
  • Leading and developing the personnel.
  
  Requirements:
  • University degree,
  • Minimum 3 years leading experience in a managing position
  • General know-how on budgeting, controlling and cost accounting
  • Ambitious and has power to put things into practice
  • Driven by results, presentable, fact-oriented
  • Leadership skills and human resources development responsibility
  • Creative thinking ability and business development skills
  • Administrative and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated person who also has the necessary skills to motivate his team
  • Fluent in English, age between 30 and 40
