3 DAY PROGRAMME:
* Thursday:
- Arrival late afternoon and check in:
apartments (Wine-Growing Estate Terricciola 6) or guestrooms (Villa Terricciola 5)
- Evening at your disposal
* Friday:
- Breakfast in the Villa Terricciola 5
- 10.00 am: Visit to local food market for groceries
- 16.00 pm: Cooking class in the Villa’s kitchen
- 20.30 pm: Traditional Tuscan dinner prepared by the class
* Saturday:
- Breakfast in the Villa Terricciola 5
- Free day to explore the area
* Sunday:
- Breakfast in the Villa Terricciola 5 and departure
Participants will be accompanied to the local market in the morning and guided through the choice of fresh vegetables, meat, cheese and all the special ingredients required for the days’ menu. The class begins at 16:00 and aspiring chefs will be introduced to the fascinating culture of Tuscan food and cooking. They’ll share regional techniques and traditional family recipes and will learn firsthand how to prepare the dishes and receive a hands-on opportunity to participate in the preparation and cooking.
During the class, a sommelier will present the Estate’s wines. At the end of the class, participants will join together a tavola to enjoy what they have prepared. The evening dinner is also open to all other guests* and is served in the „Limonia“ restaurant, Villa Terricciola 5.
Guests will receive a free copy of the cookery book which includes all the recipes prepared during the class as well as a Villa Terricciola apron.

This programme is available from Thursdays to Sundays throughout the year. Please check for availability as reservations are required. Classes are held in English and Italian.
* Participants’ companions are also welcome to attend the dinner at a fee.
** The price includes bed and breakfast accommodation, groceries from the market, cooking class and dinner on the second day. The price does not include wine served during dinner. Guests are to make their own way to and from the market.
* Where does the programme take place?
The programme takes place on the "Wine-Growing Estate Terricciola 6" and at the Villa Terricciola 5.
The estate covers a total area of approximately 200 hectares with 30 hectares of vineyards, 3 hectares of olive groves and a further 50 hectares of farmland with various crops…
