How do you match wine with food?
People say that red wine should match red meat while white wine should go with white meat.But I heard lately there's a new trend to mix this match.Is there any one know more about this and have some recommendation?

I personally don't care too much about these rules ... I'm a fan of white wine and it's easy to find a strong one also standing the test of the biggest steak in town :-)
