Slowfood
There is a new group on xing:

for people who does not know the "slowfood" concept: it is about saving and developing traditional genuine food, like cheese, wine and so on.

The focus is mainly on the food itself, not the way you cook it ... so I think it can be interesting for members of this group to join also the other one.
