Looking for business partner(s) in Australia - handmade gelato and sorbet
Due to other commitments I'm looking for a partner to take over some of the operations of local handmade gelato and sorbet business. Running two stores in summer (soup kitchen in one during winter), it requires comparatively small investment to start with. However, for a larger investor with more funds the potential is to expand to other locations and also prepare for whoelsale manufacture of ice cream base for domestic market - the ice cream making appliances available for home have become more affordable and increasingly better quality!
