Executive Recruiter - Practice Makes Perfect

In the field of recruiting it is always said that one should practice their scripts - the sales script, the client rebuttals, the candidate rebuttals, etc.. But with whom? When? Where? Standing in front of a mirror is ridiculous, nobody in the office wants to do this and there is no group anywhere in the world where you can latch onto, experiment and learn.

Until now, that is!!

This group is created a means for Executive Recruiters, old and new, to get together and establish regular sessions where everyone gets a chance to experiment and get feedback on their scripts and style. The established recruiters get to share their expertise and find the star performers. The new recruiters get a very unique opportunity to experiment without the risk of ridicule or rejection. You could call it the Toastmasters for Recruiters.

How does it work? Simple - once a week we pick up the phone and get into a conference call, role playing the various positions and situations that challenge us throughout our working day. Play the tough as nuts client or the candidate who can't commit. Give advice and complements to your peers as they struggle through situations that you've already mastered.

The sessions are to be free of charge and held at least once a week. XING is the meeting point where we determine who is interested, send out regular event notifications for the different types of topics that are to be role played and perform quality control.
