    Perl Developers needed for clients in Amsterdam
    I have 2 clients in Amsterdam actively looking for perl developers on-site. Both are really exciting opportunities to work with good a company and good people

    Job descriptions:

    1/

    * Progamming language: Perl (minimum 3 years)
    * Framework: Catalyst (Maypole or Poe would be interesting as well)
    * Operating System: CentOS and/or Ubuntu, VMWare
    * Database: MySQL and SQLite
    * ORM: DBI::Class
    * Templating: Template::Toolkit
    * JavaScript: jQuery and Ext JS
    * Application Server: FastCGI
    * Web Server: Lighttpd and/or Apache
    * Version Control: Subversion
    * Issue Ticketing: Trac
    * Automated Build: Buildbot
    * Smoke Test: Smolder

    EU work permit required

    2/

    • Preferably University level educated
    • At least 4 years of experience with software development;
    • Siginifciant and wide demonstrable experience with Perl/mod_perl;
    • Wide demonstrable experience with Object Oriented programming;
    • Experience with relational databases (preferably MySQL);
    • Expert in data modelling;
    • Experience with Linux and Apache;
    • Pragmatic attitude;
    • Independent and pro-active work attitude;
    • Excellent communicative skills
