  A MEMORIAL PARK PROJECT FOR BUSINESS? WHY NOT!

  This project will require a minimum investors fund of US$500K ONLY.
  
  This amount can be equated to a total of 12,000 memorial lots and 500 columbary units as collateral MAKING THE INVESTED AMOUNT OF US$500K FULLY SECURED.
  
  COST OF MONEY invested TO BE NEGOTIATED.
  
  20% of the gross sales of the memorial lots and columbarium units to be given to investors/funders.
  
  Total Gross Sales of Memorial Lots US$ 9,212,544
  Total Gross Sales of Columbarium Units US $ 2,344,104
  
  A five (5) hectares of land ready for development for the first and only memorial park situated in Basud, Camarines Norte, Philippines.
  
  Synopsis of the project study available upon request.
  
  Investment shall be bonded by a reputable Insurance Bonding company.
