Your profile:
You will have at least 10 years of professional experience as an independent executive, or be able to demonstrate the drive and enthusiasm to embark as an independent. You will have a proven track record gained in SME and Multinational environments where you have potentially outgrown your own sphere. You are looking to make that next step and to develop synergistically through increased visibility, shared market development and the support of successful network partnering. You are looking for new opportunities, and are open to horizons and are willing to contribute with your personality and experience.
You are an entrepreneur, manager and leader with passion and drive. Transparent, ethical, structured and targeted orientated, you will have a marketing flare, enjoy working with people, a real passion for consulting and an established network decision-maker level. Ideally qualified to an MBA level with fluency in English and other languages to complete your profile.
Your profile in bold points:
• Minimum experience as line manager of 10 years+ and consultant of 3 years, minimum age 35-40
• University degree
• Has worked at some stage in a multi-national (process understanding)
• Has held senior management position(s)
• Has an active and excellent network at C-Level
• Understands the local and the global markets (think global, act local mentality)
• Attributes: self-starter, doer, pragmatic thinker, analytical, team-worker, leader, disciplined,
• Willing to act as IMC brand ambassador
• Officer mind, Business Developer, with potential or ambitious to act as Business Line Principal or Country Manager
