    Dear members,

    I am currently looking for a Project Manager who is willing to work in China.

    See the following job description:

    Client: A professional service company provides facilities management service in worldwide markets.

    Salary: Competitive salary (depending on experience)

    Starting date: As soon as possible

    Location: Shenyang, Liaoning, China

    Travelling: Sometimes within the region

    Reporting to: Regional Manager North China

    Team size: In Shenyang will be 60

    # of subordinates: In total 60

    Responsibilities:

    + Set up the maintenance system in Shenyang
    + Cooperate closely with clients partner in Shenyang
    + Work closely with German experts from client company in Shenyang, and together facilitate the set up of the maintenance system
    + Advise HR team while recruiting project team members, take part in final selection process of candidates, etc.
    + Set up of own team in Shenyang, to support main tasks
    + Commission of machines
    + Take action of other work as assigned by Regional Manager

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor degree or higher
    + Technical background preferred
    + At least 5 years working experience within China, with Chinese team
    + At least 1 year team leading experience
    + Relevant working experience in Maintenance industry strongly preferred
    + Technical know-how preferred
    + Team leading skills
    + Fluent in written and spoken German (native speaker preferred), English and Chinese
    + Overcome daily problems to finish project
    + Great communication skills
    + Ability to communicate with different cultures in an effective way
    + Straight forward, result orientated
    + Willing to work and live in Shenyang
