Movie Theaters Fight to Keep 1,460-Calorie Popcorn from being disclosed to moviegoers
Movie theater are fighting a the new requirement to display calorie counts. The movie theater popcorn has 1,460 calories – that’s 3 Big Macs. The new law requires Chain restaurants with 20 locations will have to post the calorie content. The regulations include grocery stores, concession stands, and movie theaters.
