The world turns again; the announcement this week of the Microsoft MCI deal in my view should have every Telco watching its back. When presence is ubiqitous in every networked device and voice is as simple always a click to talk worldwide then who will want a phone?
Instant Messaging in my view is still the killer application for bringing VoIP onto every PC and mobile device. Welcome views from others?
