Recruiter Community English
The Recruiter Community is dedicated exclusively for employees in the corporate recruiting area (e.g. Employer Branding specialist, Sourcers, Recruiters, Recruitment Managers, TRM, Infrastructure, Back-Office), who at least spend 50 % of their work in an corporate recruiting environment, either as employees of a certain company (incl. vendors) or as employees of a RPO (Recruitment Process Outsouring) company or as free lancers working for a certain company.
In a "safe" environment, recruiters should be able to exchange experiences, ask questions, to improve themselves professionaly and by this to take the recruitment function itself to the next level. This will be added by the conduction of benchmarks and the input of current developments in the national or international field of recruiting.
This means as well, that the Recruiter Community is not open to suppliers. However if suppliers are interested in working with Recruiter Community they are able to do so through e.g. sponsorship of on- and offline events.
Each eligible community member will be entitled to participate in a Recruiter Excellence Check (REC). With the Recruiter Excellence Check, the skills of a recruiter, both functional and businesswise, can be assessed. With the reach of a critical mass, each and every recruiter can benchmark him- or herself against the average. This REC gives the recruiter the possiblity to identify his own strength and improvement areas and to improve his professional excellence independently from a formal appraisal process.
