  Dear all, i am new to this group and wanted to share a vacancy that might be suitable for you or someone you know in the real esate sector.
  
  City Manager Vacancy - Cairo Egypt - Major Real Estate Developing Company
  •At least 10 years of management expertise in property/ city management with demonstrated initiative, creativity and success.
  •Expertise in strategic planning and execution, cost containment, revenue growth budgeting/finance, customer service, staff training, supervision and mentoring.
  •Experience in P and L management, pricing and asset management strategies, competitor and market analysis, valuation, lease and contract negotiation, legal compliancy, vendor and customer relations, and management reorganization.
  •Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
