    current global business challenges
    Dear members,

    are you expanding your business in Romania and implementing an integration process between the Holding and the new subsidiary? are you experiencing difficulties in leading a virtual team? These are some of the topics international managers are facing in working globally.

    There are a lot of publications about global challenges but very little about concrete solutions. Therefore, I am currently working in a research project to develop the field of International Corporate Development by identifying the current business global challenges that managers are facing working internationally, in particular in the areas of: global strategy, global change management, leading globally, International Executive Team and virtual teams, Global collaboration & International communication, Strategic Innovation. The final aim, after having identified the challenges, is to develop concerete solutions.

    As a first step, we are interviewing hundreds of international managers to identify and understand the current key challenges and implications they face whilst operating and competing within the international arena.
