    Proiectul Legii bugetului de stat pentru anul 2010 a fost adoptat, joi, de Parlament, cu 192 de voturi "pentru" şi 138 de voturi "împotrivă". După ce au adoptat bugetul de stat, parlamentarii au trecut la dezbaterea proiectului Legii bugetul asigurărilor sociale de stat pentru anul 2010.

    Potrivit votului dat de parlamentari, bugetul de stat pentru anul 2010 se stabileşte la venituri în sumă de 66.654,3 milioane lei, iar la cheltuieli în sumă de 101.678,4 milioane lei, cu un deficit de 35.024,1 milioane lei.

    Secretarul de stat în Ministerul Finanţelor, Gheorghe Gherghina a declarat, în plenul Parlamentului, că amendamentele adoptate de senatori şi deputaţi nu au determinat modificarea sumelor prevăzute în proiectul de buget propus de Executiv, atât la venituri cât şi la cheltuieli şi la capitolul deficit.

    Anterior, senatorii şi deputaţii au adoptat bugetul pentru anul 2010 pentru Ministerul Educaţiei, ei aprobând o serie de amendamente care vizau redistribuiri de fonduri de la un capitol la altul în cadul bugetului alocat acestui minister.

    Romania’s Parliament Thursday adopted with 176 to 147 votes the social security budget for 2010.
    The social security budget law for 2010 established that the pension point will be frozen at the level seen in 2009, namely 732.8 lei (EUR1= RON4.1286).

    The MPs enacted the social security budget with only one amendment, which establishes that the social security budget for the public pension system is established for income cumulating RON41,005.9 million, and expenses cumulating RON41,005.9 million.

    According to the MPs' vote, the gross average salary used in the calculation of the budget was RON1,836.

    The labor accident and professional illness insurance system is established to have income worth RON310 million and expenses worth RON54.3 million.

    Also, the unemployment pay budget was established at RON1,566.8 million, with expenses cumulating RON2,943.4 million, spelling a deficit of RON1,376.6 million.
