    As you will see this is not a "click here to show support" exercise but needing a quality contribution. As Rugby has a strong set of values perhaps this is one way you wish to express support or you feel that under Universality and developing countries Rugby can increase the number of sports smaller nations can participate in.

    If successful this would promote VII's. A logical consequence would be a rising in the status of VII's v XV.
