    Hallo zusammen

    Fox bringt mit "Forever Strong" Rugby ins Kino.

    --> Wer bemerkt im Trailer die Dinge, die nicht rugbylike sind?
    - Hightackle, und die Nummer 14 spielt plötzlich Hooker... Aber sonst scheints beste Werbung für unseren Sport zu sein

    Auf Rugbyheaven ist ausserdem zu erfahren, dass Clint Eastwood den RWC 1995 in Südafrika über Nelson Mandelas "One dream, one nation" und dem Titel verfilmen will.

    Sollten beide Filme Erfolg haben im Kino, d.h. hoffentlich hier in die Kinos kommen, wäre das beste Werbung für unseren Sport.

    But the "Forever Strong" producers may have never played rugby in their youth, as number 14 becomes hooker and there's a American Football like hightackle...

    But these two films might be best advertisment for our sport, as the largest group going to cinemas is the teenagers and 20 somethings...

    tja, das ist das Problem, wenn Hollywood was dreht. Am Anfang von Departed war Matt Damon (der wohl auch die Hauptrolle in Eastwoods Rugby Film haben wird) als Flanker mit der Nummer 10 zu sehen ;-)
    Aber wenn sonst keine groben Fehler drin sind...

    Von Eastwood erwarte ich allerdings solche Fehler nicht. Ich hoffe er enttäuscht nicht...
