LABOR SATISFACTION

The job satisfaction is one aspect of which few people are worried if they want to achieve a good performance productive within an organization, however, there are disagreements and points of view so marked that for that reason are mentioned among other things: the job stress, absenteeism, poor being paid to the employee thinks it is not compensated as he expected, and it is for this reason that many companies fail to achieve an appropriate environment for growth, order and discipline of labour that allows workers can feel satisfied with what they do and the employer feel comfortable with what the worker has contributed.
