  Qualifications
  
  * 1. A bachelor degree with at least 2 years experience in running a Telesales Centre.
  * 2. Possess leadership quality to lead a telesales team
  * 3. Able to work independently
  * 4. Able to converse in both English and Chinese
  
  Job Description
  
  * 1. Supervise the Telesales Team
  * To coach, train, and mentor the team to be professional, customer centric and to achieve optimal results.
  
  
  * 2. Reports
  * To provide daily, weekly and monthly reports with insight to market trend, buying behaviour and market sentiments.
  
  
  * 3. Database
  * To ensure telesales databases are regularly updated to ensure effective usage of databases to help the Sales Team to achieve sales figures.
  
  
  * 4. Exposure and Awareness of Telesales Call Centre
  * To ensure all site hoardings are with Call Centre telephone number and website address.
  
  
  * 5. Email Enquiries
  * To ensure all email enquiries are replied and followed up promptly.
