Accounting Manager (f/m)

Your role

* Responsibility for local Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financial & Statistical reporting as well as any aspects of local Taxation
* Timely closing processes (monthly/ quarterly/ year end)
* Support to Stakeholders, pro-actively implement efficient procedures in accordance with HQ Vienna, ensure internal Risk Control Systems and Compliance
* Monitor, advise and enhance the professional capabilities of team members

Your profile

* Advanced University degree in Finance, Accounting & Business Administration and/ or international accreditation as Certified Management Accountant
* At least 7 years experience in Finance & Accounting and Leadership
* Solid knowledge of Serbian GAAP and IAS/IFRS as well as local Taxation
* Fluency in Serbian and English is a must, German an additional asset
* Strong experience of MS-Office
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to cope with deadlines & pressure
