Intro and opportunities for writers, researchers and collaborators (Balkanalysis.com)
    Dear list members,

I recently signed up for the group and want to introduce myself and the site I direct (http://www.balkanalysis.com), for those of you who may not know it. This is an independent news and analysis site that has been just relaunched, covering the Balkans and Mediterranean. We still have some bugs to work out with the new design but it is basically operational now.

There are limitless opportunities for collaboration as we expand in the coming year. Here are a few. Essentially, we're always on the lookout for:

    -new writers
    -new researchers/contributors/sources
    -joint media partnerships
-conferences, seminars, events on Balkan themes
-regional tourism development ideas and plans
-networking with any and all interested or working professionally in the target region.

I am an American journalist and travel writer, based in Macedonia, published in a wide variety of places, with many projects going on at the same time. For those of you who are interested in some form of cooperation it is best to write me directly at cdeliso@balkanalysis.com , as I dont have time to check the OpenBC forums every day.

    Many thanks!

Thanks, Christian, for your addition to the group.

We are indeed pleased to offer the chance for new writers in the website, http://www.balkanalysis.com. I hope to present here a selection of links related to the West Balkans more or less frequently.

    Best,
    Chris
