--The Privatization Agency published announcements for privatization of four Serbian water companies.
The Agency published profiles of the Zrenjanin-based Srednji Banat, the Novi Sad-based Sajkaska, the Subotica-based Severna Backa and the Sabac-based Sava water companies. The buyers interested to acquire 70 percent of the socially-owned capital in the companies were invited to submit the required documents.
--The Studio B media company can be privatized only in the second half of the year, if the decision to sell is reached, the Director of Privatization Agency Vladimir Galic stated. "We still don't know if and in what way Studio B will be privatized, and in case it does, the sale will be possible in the second half of the year", Galic told journalists. He explained that a public call for bids was not published on April 6 but an announcement for sale of Studio B only, in order to determine if there are any buyers interested to acquire the media company.
--The Kragujevac based carmaker Zastava informed it delivered 15 Zastava 10 models worth EUR135,000 to Croatian company Rent a Car Croaciaturs. The cars were delivered and sold on the Croatian market through the Zagreb-based AD Auto, which is Zastava Auto general representative for Croatia. Zastava informed that 4,300 buyers so far have paid the Zastava 10, which is made by Italian Fiat's license, but the company did not state how many vehicles have been actually delivered.
--Serbian Chamber of Commerce, the secretary general of the European Association of Managers and the head of the German Association of Managers, Ludger Ramme, will give a lecture on the representation of interests of managers in Germany and the EU, lobbying and influences on the creation of an economic policy.
-- The founding conference of Dutch-Serbian Business Council, which will be attended by representatives of 19 Dutch companies, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations of Netherlands and Serbian ministries of capital investments and international economic relations.
The Dutch embassy has a program of financial aid and in cooperation with partners is financing the cooperation between Serbian and Dutch companies.
