Serious About Service is a XING group dedicated to Customer Service Management professionals. The goal of the group is to help drive World Class practices in Customer Service Management, discuss what opportunities and technologies are driving change in the community, and give visibility to avenues where members can improve their skills and knowledge.

Naturally, we also want to make sure that available jobs are well publicized!
