中国青少年发展基金会和中科院信息中心联合发起《希望教程编写》志愿者活动,
将大家的这份温暖融会为知识的暖流去浸润希望小学同学们的心田

中国青少年发展基金会在中国建设希望工程20周年, 建造了一万六千所希望小学, 约356万人受益, 为那些需要帮助的小朋友提供了求学的道路, 打开一扇窗户, 树立一个梦想!

科普现状:
中国公众科学素养指数: 科学素质, 科学术语, 科学观点, 科学方法和科学与社会关系综合指数
美国1989年公众科学素养指数6.9%, 2000年17%
中国2007年2.25%

为进一步推动科学普及, 中国青少年发展基金会和中科院信息中心联合发起《希望教程编写》志愿者活动, 通过《希望教程》志愿编写工作和参与，将大家的这份温暖融会为知识的暖流去浸润希望小学同学们的心田.
教案受众一般为小学3-5年级, 定位为第2课堂，和校园文化建设. 大家尽量以活动开始引入教学，不是完全去教课程，主要还是带着孩子玩，寓教于乐.

《希望教程》的素材资料将全部来自中科院数据库。志愿者将通过中科院网络数据库收集教学资料并利用办公软件的排版技能设计出适合小学生们学习阅读的精美科普教程。
中国青少年发展基金会已备有拟定的教材课题编写目录（涵盖天文、地理、人文等多方面科普课题），请志愿者根据各自兴趣自愿认领编写课题。

教案的主要素材取材于“中国科普博览”网站，主要考虑版权和资料准确性, 其他网站，假如确有价值，可以在教案“延伸阅读”一栏列出，但是需要注明地址.
提交的内容：教案（给志愿者老师备课用）和ppt（志愿者老师能给孩子演示的）
图片是中国科普博览上的，PPT背景需要咱们自己选择，关键是能吸引孩子, 也不是单纯讲课，比如讲的“植物”，可以先带孩子做个小实验。做实验记录。你的种子，几日出芽？几日长第3片叶子。。。

教案提交日期: 11月30日，是教案+ppt

“希望教程科普系列”编写注意事项
1、请注意参照模板编写教案；
2、选题尽量不重复，人手一个；
3、选择素材主要来源为“中国科普博览”网站 http://www.kepu.net.cn/gb/index.html
不提倡用其他网络资源，涉及版权和资料准确性问题。若确有极有价值的资源，请列在教案“延伸阅读”一栏，注明出处。
4、PPT用途：志愿者教师演示给希望小学学生。PPT制作希望更加卡通化、生动活泼。FLASH等技术可植入，以增加吸引力。
5、强调以“活动”引入知识学习。作业一栏，建议也设计一些小实验、小班级活动等。以“玩”为主。
