Lily,
Believe me, 3 ways you can find recruiters or people wants new blood here on Xing,
1. search HR or 人事, Hunter or 猎头 on your start page;
2. give a brief intro of yourself in this thread as not everyone will click your profile;
3. find your interested position at Marketplace on Xing and send out your CV.
Hope above helps.

Dear Lily,
First of all I would like to suggest you to update your profile, in order to let the reader have more information about your professional life. For instance for how long time have you been sales assistant? I suppose that who is reading your profile and would like to understand whether you are suitable for a job proposal may be interested.
Then in the profile there is an area where you can write your personal presentation. Here you can write down your presentation, maybe in Chinese and English and add all relevant information that cannot be put in your profile.
Once your profile is complete now you should try to make it read by possible people that may be interested in hiring you. An easy option is to post a message here and in other Xing groups. In this case I would recommend to write some lines explaining what are you looking as new job. Some examples from other users can be found in "Supply and Demand" section in this forum. Of course the topic is not just about jobs, but you can find other people applying for a job.
Another option are offline events. It is a good chance to meet new people and maybe get informed about vacant posiiton. Or better meeting people working in HR (such as head hunters and recruiters). Normally you can get the calendar of all offline events in the special section in Xing.
I hope it helps!
Ciao,
Michele;-)

Ciao Lily,
You can find information about coming events in several ways here in Xing. Normally you could check the "Events" section that can be accessed via the main menu. You shall find it between "Groups" and "Marketplace" (of course if you use a Chinese interface you shall find the appropriate translation. By the way the link should be
https://www.xing.com/app/events also by you... Have a test!
Otherwise you could subscribe this group newsletter. Peggy keeps everybody update about coming events in it weekly.
At last you could receive invitations to events in case you have checked the appropriate option in the initial page of the forum.
I hope this shall be helpful to you!
Ciao,
Michele

Dear Lily, Do you want to work in Turkey? If you wish, my computer in my company needs staff. Would you please send a CV? 1 would spend $ 600 monthly fee. There are lodging and food. 6 day work week. There are no social protection. 30 days big vacation every year. Did you think of this?
