    Hallo,

    meine Name ist Simon Jegelka und ich studiere Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen an der TU Berlin.

    Derzeit schreibe ich meine Diplomarbeit mit dem Titel: "Probleme deutscher KMU bei der Produktion in China"

    Um dieses Thema bearbeiten zu können halte ich mich derzeit in Shanghai auf um die Erfahrungen von Praktikern hier in China in die Arbeit einfließen zu lassen.

    Ich würde mich freuen den ein oder anderen Gesprächspartner dazu hier in dieser Gruppe finden zu können.

    Let me suggest you to post your request also in English. In fact if KMU means SME (Small and Medium Enterprises), there could be the case that a German company has a local Chinese management that cannot speak German. Maybe in this way you should be able to enlarge your audience and get a better result for your Diplomarbeit.

    In my opinion useful information could be obtained also by local consultants. But also in this case not every company has a German desk.

    In case you decide to focus to companies from other nationalities, I have successfully started up operations in China for an Italian SME a couple of years ago. So I am available to reply to your questions!

    Thanks for your answere! Yes, you might be right I will also post it in english. Since the topic of my thesis is about german SME (you were right) I thought to bring up the question in german.

    But I think your experience can also be very valuable for me! So I would be delighted to met you out here in Shanghai, if possible. Could you send me an email to get in touch?

    Unfortunately my company moved me to Hanoi, so I come to Shanghai just sometimes. I do not know yet when I shall come next time.
