Functionally to the Rewards Director at the Global Level.
Interfaces
1. HR in all other functions including HR Business Partners;
2. Other Rewards Teams in other Regions and the Global organization;
3. All business managers and site/office managers at all sites in the GC Region.
Mission
The position is responsible to provide leadership in all rewards related programs and their effective application as tools for attracting, retaining and motivating staff in the Greater China Region.
